Here is some of the legal situation including Wall Street Journal Articles, New Clips and transcripts from the trial.  The most important statement made by the FDA agent which make my prison sentence almost OK, was when the Mr. Leung answered "NO" to my question, "Out of the 28,000 customers that we had as the record show, have you ever received even one single complaint against us?"    His answer was no.  No not even one complaint.  We were initially reported to the FDA and FCC for the bulk mailing we did.  Upon the internet's introduction years ago, I learned how to bulk mail.  Years ago, with a simple program and a single computer, I was capable of emailing about 400,000 emails per hour in the evening.  The emails stated, the answer to cancer is known, and subject heading such as that.  Anti-spammers, who were trying to stop this type of unsolicited emailing regardless if was, good or bad, true or false, needed or unneeded, forwarded these emails to the FCC and then the FDA.  I just wanted to tell the world and used the most powerful means of telemarketing known to man at the time.

Before I found out about the apricot seeds, I was featured in a book along with 9 other athletes who beat cancer called 'Edge Against Cancer' by Robert Brody.  The book came out when I was 26 years old and just finished college.  That same year the cancer returned in my kidney.  The book does not included the second, more important part of the story, when I found out about the apricots seeds and received no chemo or radiation. Here should be the papers of the summons from the FDA.  They are missing so we skip to our answer and denial of the different charges that they made against us.

Here is the FDA requesting a preliminary injunction stopping us from selling the apricot seeds and B-17 until the trial date.  This is not really the preliminary injunction but the extra to the preliminary injunction which requests of the judge that I never be allowed to sell anything that purports to have B-17 in it and especially apricot seeds.  There are over 1200 foods with B-17 in it.  There are major implications to this

Our proposed agreement to the preliminary injunction but would allow us to sell the seeds and B-17 with out claims

Our opposition to the preliminary injunction which states we will stop selling apricot seeds as a drug and sell it without claims.  (I always thought that if you don't say that it "cures" you're not in violation.)
